I'm a Personal / Private Chef in the Essex, Clinton, Franklin counties in New York. I have an Associates in Culinary Arts and graduated top of my class. Ever since I can remember, I always wanted to do something different with food. I love aesthetics. I believe it should be about the experience as well as the presentation of food itself. I take the food to you so there are no lines and no waiting and it’s in the comfort of your private home, Lodge, Airbnb, or maybe out in the wilderness. Imagine the most beautiful place you've ever seen and there you are having the most romantic meal, under the stars, near a babbling brook...wherever your heart's desire. Each event is tailored to each group. Smaller more intimate groups are my specialty. 20 person max but from time to time make exceptions.
